Initially, I was excited about using Xylitol, but I discovered some brands contain GMO corn – disheartening news. I prefer those made from birch, which I intend to switch to. While Xylitol has impressive benefits, its higher cost is a downside. It's a natural sweetener that protects teeth from decay, reduces yeast infections and is a better alternative than conventional sugar.

I've tried various sugar substitutes, but xylitol is the best. It behaves like sugar in baking and has significantly improved my systemic yeast infection. I feel clearer-headed and less fatigued since using it. Initially, some digestive issues arose, likely due to my body ridding excess yeast. A decent probiotic alongside it has also helped me achieve balance.
